World Book Day 2026
Year 6 participated in a range of activities this World Book Day, including joining Year 2 for a buddy read, sharing stories whilst at Robinwood and participating in a 'Conscience Alley' with our visitor, Vanessa. Year 6 made some thoughtful contributions, putting themselves into the shoes of a range of characters from our class text. Some of the work completed during this session will be displayed at Delph Library, so keep your eyes peeled. Well done team!
Science On The Playground
It has been a fantastic start to the year in Year 6, with pupils showing great team spirit and a great level of determination. We have enjoyed all opportunities to work outside of the classroom, including taking part in scienvce outside in our second week. Pupils have been learning about the Linnaean system for classification and took part in a knowledge relay, sharing information with their teams.
We are looking forward to many more opportunities to enjoy our beautiful school grounds.
